Motorola has launched a new G series smartphone in the US market. It’s called the Moto G Power 5G and is the successor to last year’s Moto G Power 2022. Read on to find out what it offers out of the box.

The Moto G Power 5G has a 6.5-inch LCD display with a hole in the middle. It has FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. There is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner built into the power button. On the back panel is a small rectangular camera module.

On the imaging front, the Moto G Power 5G has a triple primary camera. The setup includes a 50-megapixel main sensor paired with a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 2-megapixel macro lens. 16MP front camera for selfies.

Under the hood, the Moto G Power 5G is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 930 processor based on 6nm architecture. It includes up to 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage that can be expanded using a microSD card slot. The device is powered by a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging support. In terms of software, the G Power 5G runs Android 13 right out of the box.

Connectivity options on the Moto G Power 5G include 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, a USB-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. There is a starting price of $299.99 for the 4GB+128GB variant of the Moto G Power 5G. The price of the 6 GB + 256 GB option is currently unknown. The smartphone can be purchased from Best Buy, Amazon and the brand’s website from April 13. It will also be available on Metro from T-Mobile, Spectrum Mobile, and Xfinity Mobile in the coming months.
