The new model adapts the view to 25 degrees horizontally, 20 degrees upwards and 40 degrees downwards.

The innovation features an advanced face recognition algorithm, uses Sony’s ultra-high resolution system similar to that used in Bravia displays – optimizing the overall image quality.

The display is compatible with a wide range of software tools including various SDKs, DirectX11/DirectX12, Unity Open GL and Unreal Engine and will also support Open XR at a later date.

Soon, the developers promise to release an update for the player app to work with any 3D data format and a search engine for new apps for this screen.
