The device received a fabric-covered metal body under the screen. It has a stand that can be adjusted so that the smart display is at an angle of 90 to 120 degrees. There is also a physical curtain to hide the camera to protect privacy. The smart display has a 10.1 inch display with HD resolution.
It can act as a control panel for smart home devices. It even works as an entertainment center – users can watch photos and movies. You can also make video calls with the front camera and microphone. The 5 megapixel camera supports user tracking.
Xiaomi Smart Display supports 10 voice assistants, the device has dual stereo speakers, support for a number of applications and a special child mode with a smart identification system based on facial recognition technology. There are also educational programs for children. Source
