Xiaomi has recently launched the Xiaomi 13 Ultra flagship phone in the Chinese market. Now the next phone of the brand may be Xiaomi Civi 3. The reason for this is that the device in question has been approved by China’s 3C authority.

Xiaomi device with model number 23046PNC9C was approved by MIIT official in March. It looks like this will be Civi’s next phone. It is not yet known whether the name will be Xiaomi Civi 3 or Civi 2s. Along with all this, the 3C certification gives clues about the charging capabilities of the device.

The 3C certification of the Xiaomi Civi 3 indicates that it may come with a 67W fast charger with model number MDY-14-EV. There was nothing else device-related in the 3C listing.

Features of Xiaomi Civi 3

According to reports, the Xiaomi Civi 3 will feature an OLED display with curved edges and a pill-shaped notch that can house a 32MP dual front camera. It is expected to support FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.

The Dimensity 8200 chip is likely to power the Civi 3. On the back, it is expected to have a triple camera setup led by a Sony IMX8 series camera with OIS. Now that the device is 3C certified, it could launch in China next month (May). There is no word on the global launch of the device.

In related news, Xiaomi has recently launched the Xiaomi 13 Ultra and Xiaomi Pad 6 series flagship tablets in the Chinese market. As confirmed by the brand, the 13 Ultra is now available for sale in the domestic market. It will also launch in Europe and some other markets in the coming months, but it’s unlikely to come to India. The Xiaomi Pad 6 is also expected to receive a global release, but the Pro will remain only in the Chinese market.
