The Samsung Bio Active sensor simultaneously measures and synchronizes multiple body signals to provide users with understanding and accurate data. Even when a person falls asleep, Samsung sensors are still awake. With advanced sleep tracking features, the Galaxy Watch5 series will help users get a better night’s sleep.
How to do?
– Go to the “Body Composition” function and press “Measure”. Enter your height (first time use only) and weight, and then click “Confirm”;
– Now the smart watch is ready to measure body composition, so it makes sure that the bracelet fits well on the wrist;
– Place your middle and ring fingers on the buttons on the side of the device (without pressing) and keep them until the end of the measurement. Do not let your fingers touch the other hand or the watch during the measurement;
– Raise your arms, leaving your armpits open, and stay in this position for about 15 seconds to get detailed information about the test;
– To analyze the results, simply scroll the screen.
A healthy life also means restful sleep. With Galaxy Watch5, you can track your sleep quality and analyze it by heart rate.

– Swipe on the virtual crown or slide the screen of the step tracker up or down;

– On the Galaxy Watch5, go to the Samsung Health option;
– Swipe on the virtual crown or swipe left or right on the screen, open the fitness tracker screen and tap “Exercise”;

You can also add additional exercise options directly to the watch – up to four different ones. And by selecting the three dots on the side of the workout, you can also change the target, the workout screen, and more.

– On the main watch face, swipe down to open the quick access panel;
– Click “Settings” (gear icon);
– Touch More settings;
– Touch the gesture you want to activate;
– Touch the button to activate it;
– After activating the gestures, move your hand or wrist in the indicated way to get the desired result.
Raise a hand: Turn on the watch screen. This gesture turns on the clock when the user raises their hand to look at it.
Wave your arm bent at the elbow twice: answer calls. This gesture allows you to answer calls without touching your watch or phone. Works with calls that go directly to the watch if the user has an LTE version or the phone is connected.
Turn your wrist twice: reject calls, notifications and other alerts. This gesture allows you to reject phone calls without touching your watch or phone. The same movement disables alerts and alarms.
