Poco phones offer great hardware at an affordable price, and the company does well in the software department as well. However, like its parent company Xiaomi, Poco isn’t particularly efficient at rolling out software updates. Recently, the Poco F4 flagship received the Android 13 update in India but it was delayed. The company has now announced MIUI 14 for several other phones in the global market, including the Poco F4 GT, Poco F3, Poco X3 GT and more.

More Poco phones getting Android 13 update

Poco is slowly updating some of its phones with MIUI 14, and the brand has announced the list of phones that will get the latest update today. According to the company, 11 smartphones worldwide will receive MIUI 14 updates this quarter. They include:

• POCO F2 Pro
• POCO F3
• POCO F4
• POCO F4 GT
• POKO M3
• POCO M4 5G
• POKO M5
• POCO X3 GT
• POCO X3 NFC
• POCO X3 Pro
• POCO X4 GT

Some of the aforementioned devices have already received the Android 13-based MIUI 14 update in various regions. For example, the Poco F3 received the update in March, and the F2 Pro received it soon after. Additionally, the Poco F4 in India also runs MIUI 14. But the company has now announced a global launch, which means these devices will soon start receiving the update widely.

It is worth noting that the fact that these phones will receive MIUI 14 does not mean that the update will be based on Android 13. Some users reported that they received MIUI 14 updates based on Android 12. A similar situation happened with the Redmi Note 12. phones on which Redmi has released an old version of Android.
