The Vivo X90S has surfaced on the certification website in China, so we can get our first look at the specs of the long-awaited model. The Vivo X90 series will be the flagship of the company with top-notch cameras and hardware. The series, which premiered in November 2022, recently made its international debut.

The Vivo X90S doesn’t seem to offer anything special in terms of design compared to other models. The Vivo X90S, which is expected to have a slightly curved back, will have a round camera mount and possibly a vegan leather case. Just below the camera module is a banner that says “Xtreme Imagination”, while the Zeiss branding can be seen on the left.

Looking at the specifications, the vivo X90S will have a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800 x 1280 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The octa-core processor will run at a frequency of 3.2 GHz. While it is said that the phone, which is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ processor, will have three different RAM and four different storage variants, there is no clarity on this yet.

On the front camera side of the Vivo X90S, there will be a 50MP primary camera sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor with 2x optical zoom support and a triple rear camera setup. A 32-megapixel camera is expected as a selfie camera. On the battery side, it will meet the users with a 4690 mAh battery.
