Sales of a new TV from Xiaomi will start these days. The name of the model is TV ES Pro 86 – a large 86-inch screen with a set of interesting chips.

The display has a 4K resolution, covers 94% of the DCI-P3 color space, and the maximum brightness can reach 1000 nits. It also updates at 120 Hz. With support for AMD FreeSync Premium technology, the panel can be used as a gaming monitor. The manufacturer claims that the response time in games will be only 4ms when connected to a PC or console with an AMD graphics card.

TV ES Pro 86 ”has a modern design with a thin aluminum frame, and a set of interfaces is provided for connecting peripherals: an HDMI 2.1 port, a pair of HDMI 2.0, a pair of classic USB, tulips and an antenna connector. The sound is provided by a system of 10 speakers with a total power of 30 watts.

On board there is TV ES Pro 86 ”4 GB RAM and 64 GB RAM. Smart TV is based on MIUI TV, Xiaomi’s proprietary shell. Anyone who has used Android TV will find it familiar.

Sales of the novelty in China will begin in early June at a price of 7,999 yuan, with its current rate of ~$1,200 – more than a reasonable price for such a large TV.
