If you decide to choose the first method, download the update yourself, these are the necessary links to download the relevant firmware and install it using a USB stick. To do this you should first check what is the model of your TV, something you can do with these steps:

  • Reach “Settings”” from the button on the remote control “Smart Tune”.

After noting the model of the television, you can now download the specific firmware for your television from one of the links we have included. Later on open the file and copy it to your USB stick and connect it to the TV. Click “Install” in the notification that appears on the screen.

  • click “About this TV”

  • click “Search for updates”

From now on, TV will start searching for available updatesand if there are any pending, it will start installing them.
