Refik Anadol, one of the global pioneers of the new generation of art understanding by bringing art together with data science and artificial intelligence, has had a huge success at the auction today. Redesign of the famous Casa Batllo house in Barcelona, Anadol’s “Casa Batlló: Living ArchitectureNFT work called ‘up for auction’ 1 million 380 thousand dollars (21 million TL) found a buyer.
At the auction at Christie’s Auction House in Rockefeller Plaza, New York, Casa Batllo: Living Architecture was the only NFT work to be auctioned. Last bid placed in the auction 1 million 100 thousand dollars while the sale cost 1 million 380 thousand dollars with commissions.
