Microsoft stated that a team of engineers has started working to resolve this issue, but for now, as a workaround, users are advised not to open more than 60 emails at a time.
In the error message shared by the company when this issue occurred, “Sorry, we’re having trouble opening this item. This may be temporary, but if you see it again, try restarting Outlook. There are no available memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.” expressions are included.
