Records, originally released in the 1940s, were no longer made from shellac resin, but were instead made with polyvinyl plastic. Over the years, vinyl has improved and has undergone a number of changes that have improved the sound quality.

The 74-year-old inventor said he experimented with the new technology with the singer. Bob Dylan are re-recording some of their classic songs, but this content has yet to be released to the public. Burnett, who was also the touring guitarist for Dylan’s band, stated that the sound quality Ionic originals outperforms other formats, surpassing even digital media formats.

In the application, the inventor states: “Ionic Original is the pinnacle of recorded sound. This is the quality of the file. This is proof of the future. An Ionic original is not just the equivalent of a painting, it is a painting. This is a lacquer painting on an aluminum disc with a spiral engraved to the music. This painting, however, has the additional quality of containing music, which can be heard by placing a needle in a spiral and rotating it.”

“When describing the quality that elevates analog over digital, the word “warmth” is often used. Analog sound has more depth, more harmonic complexity, more resonance, better picture. Analog gives more sensations, more personality, more touch. the sound froze, the analog sound came to life.”Burnett concludes.
