Scholarship for Ukrainian scientists in Poland
The “Moon in Poland” fellowship program named after Juliusz Mieroszewski targets foreign scientists from Central and Eastern Europe. Who can get and how much – find out more!

The scholarship will allow scientists to do short scientific research. For example, interviews and surveys. As well as archival and library research in the fields of history, political situation and culture and heritage of the peoples of Central and Eastern Europe.
Program participants can be:
Foreigners who are already doing or planning to do research in Poland;
persons engaged in scientific activities and ready to implement a scientific project;
employees of academic centers that have success in scientific activities and can document it;
Persons without a doctoral degree, but students of doctoral programs who have documented their achievements in scientific activities.
Within the program participants will receive 6,500 PLN (57,900 hryvnia) financial support, as well as new experiences and valuable connections with scientists in Poland.

How to apply?
To apply, you need:
The program does not have a clear deadline and applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until funds run out. Applications can be filled in either Polish or English. Candidates will be notified of the results of competitive selection via email.
