Jeff Bezos has big plans for humanity related to space. For the past few years, he’s been talking about how we’ll end up living off-Earth, thinking that the resources here are finite.

In his presentations, he showed Gerard O’Neill’s plans for the colony. In science fiction, literature, and even in the plans of great scientists, the future is the terraforming of the planets of the solar system. But the father of the Amazon thinks otherwise, he believes that we will build large buildings that mimic our gravity. Basically, we’re going to live on large reconstructed planets.

Although he supports this idea and it seems strange, Bezos has created the most profitable business in the Internet age and it’s really hard to go against what he thinks in a simple way. In any case, he himself says that these steps will not be carried out either by him or by future generations. All this will be created by distant generations, and the foundation will be created by the current ones.

The move he really believes he will make soon is sending NASA astronauts to the moon, scheduled for 2024 using the Blue Moon spacecraft built by Blue Origin, his space company.
