In order to prevent the thin and light structure from swaying in the wind, a damper weighing 800 tons is provided at the top of the building. In addition to the original design, the skyscraper is distinguished by the fact that during its construction it was possible to preserve the architectural monument “Steinway Hall”, which became part of the new building.
