According to Ukrinform, this was reported by Xinhua with reference to the State Administration of Market Regulation of the People’s Republic of China.
“Components of imported Model S, Model X and Model Y vehicles manufactured in China between January 12, 2019 and April 24, 2023 may be recalled,” the agency said in a statement.
It is stated that these vehicles lack regenerative braking strategy options and do not give sufficient warning if drivers press the accelerator pedal for a long time. Such problems increase the risk of collision.
In the statement, it was stated that to solve these problems, Tesla will remotely update the software of the recalled vehicles.
As reported by Ukrinform, the American company Tesla has launched another wave of price cuts for Model 3 and Model Y electric cars.
