After Nvidia, Maxon finally supports AMD Radeon Pro within Redshift for creative professionals.
In the latest update from Redshift, version 3.5.15, professionals can now optimally use their AMD Radeon Pro as a rendering engine for Cinema 4D. Redshift is used in many industries, including film, television, advertising, and architecture, for tasks such as visual effects, animation, and visualization.
In addition to compatibility with AMD GPUs, the new version is important for those working with the Unreal engine. From now on you can import Redshift materials seamlessly. The update also adds the Electric Spline Modifier Capsule and additional “capsules” to Redshift.
Anyone who already owns such a graphics card can get started right away with the update. Others might consider other PC configurations in the future as AMD is also natively supported.
