On Twitter, Fuerza, the leader of the People’s Party of Peru, said, in her words, that López Obrador seeks to appropriate the Pacific Alliance, depriving Peru of the right to chair the organization.
“When I see the President of Mexico calling President Boluarte a ‘usurper’, as a Peruvian I strongly reject it. The only usurper here is you, Mr. Andrés Manuel López Obrador, who is taking over the Pacific Alliance and stealing that right from Peru.”
He also accused the President of Colombia of Gustavo Petrobe subversive and continue to interfere in Peruvian issues.
