“Unfortunately, due to a technical malfunction, the Novaya Poshta mobile app is temporarily down. Therefore, it is currently not possible to use the post office and all services in the app.”
The company emphasizes that anyone waiting for a package at the post office today will soon receive a phone call from the operator and clarify their wishes: a convenient delivery method or the option to wait for it to be picked up at the post office.
According to Nova Poshta, all parcel and cargo delivery services as well as financial services are offered at the operator’s branches. All other digital contact points – API, business office, website – also work.
“We make every effort to restore the mobile application as soon as possible. As soon as it starts working, we will immediately inform on social networks and on the company’s website,” he said.
As reported, “Nova Poshta” has appointed general managers of the company’s representations in Poland, Lithuania and the Czech Republic.
