ServiceNow also wants to ride the AI hype wave. That’s why the company announces a partnership with Nvidia aimed at developing generative AI models tailored for enterprises.
ServiceNow does not want to be left behind in the AI race. The company will develop generative AI models specifically designed for enterprise environments. ServiceNow hopes to develop models that offer solutions to niche problems within the enterprise and is working with Nvidia to do so. The latter isn’t really a surprise since Nvidia hardware forms the foundation.

The partnership with Nvidia goes beyond just the hardware. ServiceNow wants to use Nvidia’s entire stack to develop its own models. This stack makes up an increasingly large part of the Nvidia offering, with the focus on software and services now being almost as large as the focus on hardware.
By working together, ServiceNow hopes to build AI models that speak the language of the companies themselves and are trained on company-internal data. This enables them to provide relevant answers, taking into account internal documents and internal policies. Nvidia’s NeMo framework will serve as the basis for such models. ServiceNow’s plans are reminiscent of the NeMo demo that Nvidia itself gave at the end of March.
The question is how unique ServiceNow can be with this offering as it is based on Nvidia technology that other parties can also use. Additionally, ServiceNow joins the offering from Microsoft, which has similar plans for enterprise AI based on OpenAI’s GPT 4 technology.
