According to the source, patch KB5026361 for Windows 10, which was released as part of the Tuesday Patch, turned out to be problematic. It is designed to eliminate security problems, but in practice it brings with it no less serious problems – the computer refuses to work normally.
Users installing a new build often complain of a “blue screen of death” (BSOD) that appears periodically while working with the computer. The BSOD appears on the screen with the Process1 Initialization Failed error – according to Microsoft’s own documentation, this error appears if the bootcat.cache (the cache from the last startup of Windows) is damaged.
I resolved the issue using a Windows 10 installation image from a USB drive, manually running the AMD RAID drivers via the command line, and then performing a boot recovery. Interestingly, Windows 10 (and Windows 11) still does not natively support AMD RAID and you have to install drivers manually.

In addition, users state that they receive the error code 0x800f0922 when they try to install the update on their computers. There are also reports of random reboots, a series of error messages, crashes and crashes after the update is installed.
Microsoft itself has not yet responded to user complaints, so it is unknown if there will be a fix.
