They will become GeForce RTX 4050 and Radeon RX 7500 XT two top mid-range graphics cards of their generation because in theory there will be models more accessible which will have all the advances that NVIDIA and AMD introduced with the Ada Lovelace and RDNA3 architectures.
It is a fact that the prices of graphics cards have been increasing over the last few years experienced a significant increaseand that this has led many users to choose to extend renewal cycles, wait for specific offers or even resort to the used market.
In this sense, AMD was the first to make the move with the Radeon RX 7600, a very competent graphics card that also hit the market at a very interesting price, and which could even be bought in a temporary offer for only 259 euros. NVIDIA launched the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti, but this model ranks higher because it has starting price 449 euros.

When you see the official prices of the latest versions from NVIDIA and AMD and know the recommended price that the GeForce RTX 4060 will have, 335 euros, we can guess where the prices of the lower models will goSo how much will the long-awaited GeForce RTX 4050 and Radeon RX 7500 XT cost.
In the case of the GeForce RTX 4050, I’m pretty sure the price will between 229 and 249 eurosand that the Radeon RX 7500 XT will be around 200 euros. I’m not sure if NVIDIA and AMD will go with an 8GB graphics memory configuration on both graphics cards, or if they’ll use a 6GB graphics memory configuration instead, but in the case of the GeForce RTX 4050, my gut tells me which one will come with a 96-bit bus and 6GB graphics memory.
Performance-wise, the GeForce RTX 4050 should be more or less on par with the 8GB GeForce RTX 3060, at least at 1080p, and the Radeon RX 7500 XT will probably perform like the Radeon RX 6600. Do you think the GeForce RTX 4050 and Radeon RX 7500 XT should be worth it? Personally, I think that both NVIDIA and AMD should place them below 200 euros. Read in the comments.
