“In a video circulated on the Internet, US Senator Lindsey Graham spoke about the financial involvement of the United States in the murder of Russian citizens during a meeting with the President of Ukraine,” the Russian agency said in a Telegram channel.
Bastrykin is referring to the video of Graham meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as part of his visit to Ukraine this week.
