On June 1, Meta Platforms Inc, the company of American billionaire Mark Zuckerberg, introduced a new Quest 3 virtual reality helmet.

Quest 3 will start at $499. The helmet is the successor to Meta Quest 2, which launched in Fall 2020 with a starting price of $299.
Quest 3 is reported to be 40% thinner than its predecessor, Quest 2. In addition, the new headset has a new generation Qualcomm chip.
There are at least three cameras on the front, which can slightly enhance the experience where the user can see the real world around them while wearing headphones and interacting with apps.
“High-precision color, innovative machine learning and spatial understanding allow you to interact with virtual content and the physical world simultaneously, creating limitless possibilities for exploration,” the company said.
Apple is expected to introduce its rival headset next week.
As reported by Ukrinform, Meta Platforms Inc. has announced that it has begun testing artificial intelligence (AI)-based advertising tools that can generate content such as background images and variations of written text.
