The Start menu of Windows and Windows 11 versions is no exception in this regard, is a very important element of the user interface of the operating system from Microsoft. According to the company itself, this update does not add anything new to the offering, but “improves the delivery of user experiences from the clouda”. So this is a change that will be imperceptible to the vast majority of users, but in fact represents a very important change. Why?

The key is what was previously indicated, the Start menu as a key element of the system is only updated with changes in Windows versions or with major updates of the operating system, but on this occasion we are not facing an update of this type. So in this update we see that Microsoft is doing menu update test, separate from operating system tests.

So what we’re seeing is the first step towards Microsoft being able to customize the Start menu in a much more flexible way in the future, such as using servicepack Moments that debuted last year. Therefore, We can expect more frequency when it comes to rolling out changes to the Windows 11 Start menu. Is this good news or bad news? Undoubtedly, we are once again facing something that will depend on the preferences of each of them.
