A Google announced last week the start of a testing period for a new feature added to slide show made on the company’s platform by those who participate in the program Google Workspaces.

New is the ability to create original and exclusive images in real time using generative artificial intelligence (AI) and add them to your slideshow as a background or content illustration in seconds.

According to Google, this feature is possible thanks to the platform Duo AIa new artificial intelligence tool that combines different language models that are easy to apply in other environments and creates content based on user command prompts, allowing you to generate “original visuals to convey your unique artistic vision”.

As shown in the video above, the more specific and complete the user’s descriptive command, the more accurate the image. You can choose from several options for illustrations to add to your slides, or change the prompt to get different results – something close to what AI like Midjourney and other similar services already offer.

Users interested in trying out this feature can register at the address provided by Google itself. However, for the time being this feature is not available in Brazil for testing and information about its availability is not here.
