The first to access the channels will be users in Colombia and Singapore. In the coming months, Meta will increase the number of countries where the service will be available.
The company said users will be able to follow content about their hobbies, sports teams, news from local authorities and more.
Profile photos and contact information of channel managers will not be seen by subscribers.
As the publication indicates, global partners to launch the service will be the World Health Organization, Barcelona and Manchester City football clubs.
