The next big name to integrate an AI writing function into its services is here. WordPress is now also introducing an artificial intelligence plugin.
Jetpack AI Assistant is a new plugin for WordPress that allows generative artificial intelligence to generate text.
Possibilities
Not only can this new AI assistant write blogs with just a prompt for inspiration, you can also ask the system to revise a piece of text in a specific style, such as provocative, funny, or formal. Jetpack can also create summaries, suggest titles, correct spelling and grammar, and translate into a dozen languages including English, Hindi, Chinese, French, and Spanish.
Parent company Automattic, both WordPress owners and Jetpack developer, describes it as “a creative writing partner” that enables users to create diverse content more efficiently.
Practical
You can easily find Jetpack AI Assistant in the WordPress.com editing interface and the plugin integrates seamlessly with other WordPress products that use Jetpack.
The new feature is free for WordPress.com users for a limited time. Other Jetpack users get twenty free spins and then pay a monthly fee of ten dollars.
Automattic is undoubtedly happy to share another positive message about Jetpack after it was announced last month that there was a rather large leak. A few weeks earlier, a serious leak had also been reported for Elementor, another plugin for WordPress.
