A good fixed line internet connection is essential these days, both in the office and at home. Nothing is more annoying than a WiFi connection that fails just before or during an important video meeting, or that hampers your work for hours. Orange Belgium is launching a brand new internet service my comfort service, which, for a monthly price of ten euros, must guarantee that you can enjoy optimum WiFi quality 24/7 throughout your home/office.

What is included in the offer? An Orange expert will come to you to diagnose the WiFi quality in all corners of the building. Based on your connectivity needs, you can install WiFi boosters to ensure a constant, optimal connection wherever you need it. The boosters are included in the monthly price.

A 4G backup can also be provided to fall back to the cellular network in the event of a WiFi network failure. In addition, as a customer, you can also count on shorter waiting times for new installations or repair work, one free technical intervention per year and free modem, TV decoder and WiFi booster upgrades on request.

Big ambitions

Following the acquisition of Voo, Orange intends to position itself as a leading provider of both mobile and fixed internet on the Belgian telecommunications market. She expressed this ambition during a press conference in Brussels last week. In addition to expanding the mobile 5G network, Orange also wants to connect more customers to the fixed network with 1 Gbit/s, which is eventually to be increased to 10 Gbit/s.
