The full list of AI Assistants in Salesforce apps now sounds as follows: Sales GPT, Service GPT, Marketing GPT, Commerce GPT, Slack GPT, Tableau GPT, Flow GPT, and Apex GPT. All of these tools provide sales and marketing teams with ready-to-use AI applications to serve each customer individually. The head of the AI offering is Einstein GPT, which launched in March.
Because companies sometimes like to work with AI themselves to build their own applications, Salesforce will also allow access to LLMs via the AI cloud.
