Panasonic announced a new generation of LED and OLED TVs consisting of a range of MZ1500, MX950, MX940, MX800 and MX710which are oriented towards offering good image quality with vivid and realistic colors, a high level of contrast and quality brightness so that the content displayed in 4K resolution provides the best user experience (or at least that is what the manufacturer is looking for), in addition to coming with operating systems Google TV and Fire TV.

To begin with, we have Panasonic MZ1500 with Master OLED Pro panel. This series of TVs has 55 and 65-inch models and offers improved brightness and dynamic contrast thanks to the aforementioned Master OLED Pro. All this is enhanced by the HCX Pro AI processor, which is responsible for analyzing the image and refining the colors, contrast and clarity in order to provide a better and natural result.

With the Auto AI function designed by Panasonic itself, the MZ1500 OLED TV series can analyze the signal and instantly adjust the picture and sound settings for any type of content. On the other hand, the Streaming 4K Remaster algorithm identifies resolution and analyzes textures by zone to offer more detailed and cleaner images through an adaptive process.

The OLED MZ1500 series has been developed with gamers in mind, packing a host of features so video game fans can get the most out of their games, both on PC and consoles. This is where HDMI 2.1, full 4K resolution, refresh rate up to 120 Hz, very low latency and input lag, variable refresh rate (VRR), Dolby Vision, AMD FreeSync Premium support and G-SYNC compatibility from NVIDIA come into play. All of this contributes to True Game Mode, which lets you play video game content exactly as its creators intended.

Panasonic MZ800

from his side, MZ800 series, also OLED and with 4K resolution support, includes the Google TV operating system for convenient playback of content from a smartphone or tablet using Chromecast. The user can use Google Assistant to play apps, play music and control the TV with their voice.

The minimalist frameless design of the MZ800 series allows you to focus on the image. HDR surround sound and Dolby Atmos are responsible for flavoring the experience provided by the device, while the Panasonic-developed game mode is responsible for reducing input lag and latency when playing video games, making the experience smooth and dynamic through HDMI 2.1. interface.

The new generation of Panasonic OLED TVs has an improved Filmmaker mode, which is responsible for making the image faithful to what the artist actually conceived at the time, and is able to reduce the temperature intensity in response to warm lighting conditions or lighten dark tones in extremely bright environments .

Now we enter the series Panasonic MX950 with mini LED technology and the Quantum Dot layer. It is capable of providing 4K resolution and has 55-inch and 65-inch TV models. At the feature level, it implements Panasonic’s own HCX Pro AI processor, improved Filmmaker mode, AMD FreeSync Premium support and Game Mode Extreme for video games. Just below that is the MX940 series, which comes in a 43-inch size and features a 4K Full Array panel with HCX Pro AI processor and Adaptive HDR 10+.

Series The MX 800 features a 4K LED screen and uses Fire TV as an operating system. This means it offers easy and native integration with Alexa to deliver the best entertainment through Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+ and HBO Max platforms, all of which you need to subscribe to in advance. Additionally, Fire TV is able to stream for free via Freevee, Pluto TV, and Tubi, among others.

The MX800 series includes HDR Cinema Display for wide color gamut reproduction and LED backlighting for constant high brightness. Compatibility with Dolby Atmos is responsible for providing surround sound that allows you to enjoy content to the fullest, while for gamers there is Game Mode Extreme and HDMI 2.1 ALLM functionality to improve the smoothness of games.

And finally there is MX710 series with 4K LED screen and Google TV as operating system. With Google Assistant, it’s easy to search for movies or play music in an open, safe and intuitive way, and it’s possible to stream content from your mobile or tablet via Chromecast. An interesting detail is the Filmmaker mode, which allows you to enjoy the best movies in the highest quality and accepts various HDR formats such as Dolby Vision®, HDR 10 and HLG Photo.

Panasonic’s OLED MZ1500 series will be available from August 2023, while the MZ800 and MX710 are expected to be released later this June. The MX950, MX940, MX800 series of LEDs will be available from August 2023.
