Norwegian Visma continues to expand its empire in the Benelux countries. Clevergig is run by Beeple, a Belgian company that previously joined Visma.

Visma announces the acquisition of Clevergig. The Dutch company supports temporary employment and placement agencies in organizing their planning, time recording and invoicing and is active in the healthcare and education sectors, among other things. After previously taking over Teamleader and Beeple, the Norwegian cloud company has once again acquired a company from the Benelux countries.

The takeover of Clevergig is also good news for Beeple. As the companies’ activities overlap, Beeple takes over the management of Clevergig. Bepple joined Visma in October 2022 to be able to expand in the Benelux and, where possible, also in Europe. With Clevergig at their side, those plans will get a boost.
