The London manufacturer’s two-seater electric car weighs 489 kg, has a top speed of 45 km/h, a range of 80.3 miles and is designed for two adults and a dog.
It uses a 3 hp motor powered by a lithium-ion battery. It is noted that the vehicle can only be ordered through the company’s website at the moment.
The body of the car is made entirely of aluminum and is available in four colors. It absorbs and dissipates collision energy better than a conventional steel hull, providing better handling and maneuverability in cities.
Equipped as standard with a sunroof, rear view camera, LED headlights, infotainment center display and Bluetooth connectivity.
A full charge of up to 7.4kW takes six to eight hours and costs “less than £1”, according to the company.
The firm plans to launch an A-segment car in the near future and will offer autonomous taxi services in London from next year.
As reported by Ukrinform, Japanese automaker Toyota Motor Corp plans to launch an all-solid-state battery-powered electric car as early as 2027.
