From 19:00 on 16 June until the morning of 19 June Citizens will not be able to apply for a new financial aid payment through the “Action” application within the scope of the “eRecovery” program, temporarily. In addition, it will not be possible to give notice about damaged or destroyed goods through Diya.
As the Ministry of Reconstruction of Ukraine explained, this is due to technical work and the change of servers of the Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property (RPZM). Currently, users will have limited access to working in the Registry.
They undertake to provide additional information on the restoration of access to the RPZM and the submission of applications.
What is Recovery?
As a reminder, Recovery is a special state program that provides financial assistance from the state in case of property damage as a result of Russia’s actions. This includes both private houses, apartments and other residential areas. Funds can be spent on purchasing building materials and ordering repair services.
