In addition, sonar and high resolution imaging systems can be integrated into the RAMPUS diver for underwater research.
The company states that RAMPUS can be used for underwater threat detection, reconnaissance and surveillance, mapping and reproduction of the seafloor, surveying pipelines and underwater structures, oceanographic surveys, hydrographic surveys, wreck site mapping, and search and rescue operations.
