Those with a Microsoft 365 subscription can navigate to functionality through Outlook. The new Outlook for Windows app also works for free with a personal email account. In addition, Microsoft does not only support its own accounts outlook.combut also gmail.com and other.
The new Outlook app isn’t available to everyone just yet, but that will change over time. Whether Microsoft’s move is progress remains to be seen. The app currently does not support offline functionality.
confusion
Also, don’t confuse the new Outlook for Windows with the Outlook client. This professional email program is separate from those plans (for now), although it seems Microsoft will eventually replace it with the new Outlook app.
