ASUS BR1402 is a newly announced series of notebooks from the Taiwanese manufacturer. Available in clamshell and convertible formats, they are specially designed to meet the needs of the education segment and hybrid learning.

The series uses multi-touch screens 14 inches diagonal and supporting optical pencils. The most interesting version is the one that opted for a convertible format with a 360-degree hinge that offers multiple modes of use, from laptop to tablet, passing through transitional modes for presentations, note-taking or drawing.

Access to both components has been facilitated by a cover on the base to facilitate upgrades and maintenance. The modular design also allows key components such as the keyboard, battery, cooling system and I/O card to be replaced with simple tools.
