Initially, the Telegram team resisted the idea of ​​implementing this feature, given its ubiquity on social networks. However, the company values ​​the opinion of its users and believes in the importance of innovation in existing formats. Telegram’s Stories feature will follow the same concept as the Meta social network (formerly Facebook): users will be able to share photos and videos that will be temporarily available.

However, unlike Instagram, where publications last 24 hours, Telegram will allow you to choose one of four time options: 6, 12, 24 or 48 hours. This flexibility will allow users to tailor messages to suit their preferences and needs.
