South Korean company ROBOTIS introduced the third generation robot GAEMI that assists in hotels.

Its dimensions are 540 x 500 x 1,150 mm and its weight is 75 kg. The maximum speed at which GAEMI can move does not exceed 1.2 meters per second.
The device, which can work 24 hours a day, has a 20.32 cm touch screen.
GAEMI speaks four languages: Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese.

The AI-powered robot is said to help improve the hotel’s guest experience by providing personalized hospitality services 24/7, including welcoming guests and delivering food to their rooms.
GAEMI also supports hotel staff and addresses manpower shortages by performing routine service tasks autonomously.
In addition, GAEMI patrols the hotel autonomously, increasing the safety of employees and guests.
As reported by Ukrinform, Tokyo-based Preferred Robotics Inc. presented Kachaka, the robot with artificial intelligence, to help at home.
