Chinese device maker Honor is exploring the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Large Language Models (LLM) into smartphones to develop human-centered technology. At Mobile World Congress Shanghai 2023, Honor Device Co Ltd CEO Zhao Ming emphasized that smartphones have become the embodiment of computing systems, communication technologies, imaging technologies and artificial intelligence platforms, effectively combining various devices and technologies.

Improving user experience with major language models

Zhao emphasized that the rapid development in artificial intelligence and communication technology has ushered in a new era in smartphone innovation and opened up countless research opportunities. It also announced that the company will hold a presentation soon in Beijing of its upcoming flagship foldable smartphone, the Honor Magic V2.
