Construction of the first school using 3D printing in Europe started in Lviv.
As reported by Ukrinform, this The Deputy Prime Minister for Innovations, Education, Science and Technology Development, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov has released a video about construction.
“A new school building is being built with a 3D printer that is already in operation but has become cramped for children. “100 primary school students will be educated in the new building,” he said.
As Fedorov points out, technology makes it possible to use resources more accurately and reduce material costs. A team of only three people is required to manage and control the printing robot.
“Ahead of us is the great reconstruction of Ukraine, so now we must attract technologies and innovations for construction,” the minister said.
As reported by Ukrinform, in Ukraine as a result of Russian aggression about 400 educational institutions were completely destroyed, nearly 3,000 were damaged.
