Samsung recently confirmed that the company will hold its next Galaxy Unpacked event in its home country of South Korea. Now the company has announced the launch date.
Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event will take place on July 26 at 07:00 Turkish time. The poster shared by the company also describes the brand’s new generation foldable smartphone.
The presentation of Galaxy Unpacked will be streamed live on the official Samsung website and YouTube channel. The company is expected to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 smartphones at the event, as well as a few more devices, including the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 series, tablets and headphones.
On the phone side, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 is expected to be a gradual upgrade with a slightly smaller and lighter design, a stronger hinge and improved usability. On the other hand, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 is expected to have a larger front screen and a more powerful processor.
The South Korean tech giant is also pre-ordering the foldable smartphone, giving a $50 credit when a customer pre-orders. The reservation window will be open from tonight until July 25th.
