TUF Gaming VG34VQL3A is a new monitor from ASUS for the PC gaming market. If you like panoramic views, you’re in luck because this model has everything to please.
The new TUF Gaming is wide panoramic (but not extreme) in size 34 inches which has been standardized in this market segment. With native WQHD resolution for 3440 x 1440 pixels, its aspect ratio is 21:9. Of course, its 1500R panel is curved for good end visibility and greater overall immersion.
the panel is GOES, a screen technology that improves TN picture quality while maintaining gaming features. Supports AMD FreeSync Premium image synchronization technology for refresh rate 180 Hz and response time (GTC). 1 millisecond. The display also supports ELMB (Extremely low motion blur) and offers variable overdrive, which is usually only seen in high-end monitors.
Regarding its technical characteristics, we can mention that the panel covers 125% of the sRGB color gamut, a contrast ratio of 4000:1 and the VESA HDR400 standard. As a matter of course, typical ASUS gaming features such as shadow boost, FPS counter, reticle, as well as various presets for different genres are included.
In terms of connectivity, ASUS includes two Display Port 1.4 and two HDMI 2.0 inputs. There is also a three-port USB Type-A hub that supports speeds of up to 10 Gbps. The manufacturer ASUS assures that the consumption of this VG34VQL3A will be only 27 watts.
The monitor has an ergonomic base that allows tilt, swivel and height settings and there’s also a built-in tripod mount for attaching webcams or customizable lighting systems. We don’t have a price for the TUF Gaming VG34VQL3A, which will be available this quarter. A good monitor if, as we hope, it comes at a limited price.
