According to Ukrinform, this is stated in the company’s statement.
“Our vision for the issues is to take what Instagram does best and extend it to text, creating a positive and creative space to express your ideas.”
Threads has a control panel similar to the one found on Twitter.
To start using Threads, users can log in with their Instagram account. In the application, you can send messages up to 500 characters, photos and videos up to 5 minutes. You can also share a Topics post to your Instagram story.
The program can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play stores in over 100 countries.
As reported, Twitter has imposed a cap on the number of views per day for posts to combat bots and spam.
