It was a Cessna C550 commercial aircraft flying from Las Vegas that crashed near French Valley Airport in Riverside County. about 137 km south of Los Angelesaround 4:15 am.

Aerial video from local media showed burnt wreckage in the shape of a small plane in the blackened part of the field in front of the airfield.
Radar data from the site Internet FlightAware’s flight tracking shows only one plane flying from Las Vegas to French Valley at the time. This plane circled near the field before landing.
The sheriff’s office in Riverside County, where French Valley Airport is located, officials responding to the crash said. They found the plane completely engulfed in flames in a field. and that six passengers were pronounced dead at the scene.
A few days earlier, a small plane carrying four passengers had crashed near the same airport, killing the adult pilot. and the injuries of three minors on 4 July.
National Transportation Safety Board will continue to investigate the accident and more results are expected in the next two weeks as the identities of the dead are unknown.
