Department of Public Safety spokesperson Travis Considine denied in the media the existence of a policy against the provision of water migrants, but did not comment on the rest of the information contained in the email.

These revelations come as Gov. Abbott steps up efforts to physically block migrants from entering country as part of the Operation Lone Star initiative.
