The Russian Defense Ministry said on Wednesday that after the suspension of the grain deal, all foreign vessels bound for Ukrainian ports in the Black Sea will be considered ships carrying military products.
In addition, Russia will consider the countries involved in the war on the side of Ukraine, the countries whose flags are on the Black Sea ships. The measure comes into effect from midnight, as indicated in the portfolio of the Russian military department.
In addition, the Russian authorities reported that the international waters of the eastern sector of the Black Sea will henceforth be considered “temporarily dangerous” for navigationaccording to information collected by the TASS news agency.
