meta just announced WhatsApp for Wear OS, the first version of the application for smart watches. We met WhatsApp for Wear OS at the last Google I/O, but at the time it was a beta version that required a few extra steps to install. Now, it installs like any other app.

Anyone who owns a smartwatch with Wear OS has something like a treasure: a standalone version of WhatsApp where you can do anything with your mobile phone, even if you forgot it at home. WhatsApp for Wear OS is official and therefore you will find the app on the Google Play Store for Wear OS on compatible devices.
