who gets what
With macOS, the Ventura 13.5 version received a number of updates. The release lists 29 bugs that will be fixed.
It is version 16.6 of iOS and iPadOS that gets the urgent update. In this case, the release lists 16 bugs that will be fixed.
Nothing new
None of the updates mention new features or upgrades. These updates are clearly for pure security reasons.
Some of these were already part of the most recent RSR update that Apple recently released and immediately pulled after problems with several major websites. In the past month, Apple has also successfully rolled out several security updates.
In addition to the operating systems mentioned above, a few older names also received security updates: macOS Monterey 12.6.8 and macOS Big Sur 11.7.9, version 15.7.8 of iPadOS and iOS, tvOS 16.6 and, in time, watchOS 9.6.
