Razer has expanded its line of Kraken Kitty headphones with three new models, the V2, V2 BT and Ears V2. As it cannot be otherwise in the “cat” line, the manufacturer used “International Cat Day” to launch it.

You must have seen the Kraken Kitty V2 Pro review we published at the beginning of the year because it didn’t go unnoticed. These “Kitty” editions mark the ground for their design and aesthetics or that “cat factor” that the manufacturer mentioned in their promotion, and in addition to good sound quality and comfort of use, they stood out with their three packs of interchangeable and customizable ears with Chroma RGB lighting, which also responded in real time to the responses of streaming broadcasts.

Razer Kraken Kitty V2

The new V2s feature larger, bolder and more pronounced cat ears than the original version. In headband format with circumaural design, They are connected by a cable and contain a microphone. They feature Razer Chroma RGB technology and reactive lighting that responds to gestures, notifications and more to increase the level of audience participation in streaming where this product line is reserved.

Streamers will be able to enjoy customizable profiles with 16.8 million color options, along with countless lighting effects and a “Cosplay Mode” that allows the Razer Chroma RGB headset lighting to be activated without connecting to a computer. The second of the new headphones stands out for its support Bluetooth 5.2 and the possibilities offered by the wireless standard. Basically get rid of cables and be able to use them anywhere with up to 60 hours of autonomy, according to the manufacturer. Razer has removed the microphone from this version, saying that it will be used more for listening to music or playing games.

It uses a headband format with a circumaural design, they have fabric and synthetic leather pads, and their oval design with a good size perfectly covers the ears and aims to be comfortable to wear.
